Here's how it works....on the top left hand side you will see the word "mood" and just below that some boxes and circles.
The circles are for drawing in the types of moods you want to track as a part of this journal. Maybe a smiley face, sad face, angry face or sleepy face. You can track up to six moods. The boxes below the circles are for color coding each of those moods you want to track. You can use a colored pencil or highlighters to fill in each box.
This mood tracker is provided as an instant download PDF file. It is sized for US letter, 8.5 x 11 but you can resize it to fit almost any planner out there using this print sizing guide.
