This is an instant digital download and nothing will be shipped to you directly.
Technical support is not included with these products but we have a short "how to download" instruction page at the bottom of this page which can be very helpful. If you cannot download our products please use the shop contact form to send us a message with specific information about the problem you are having (screenshots are very helpful in diagnosing problems).
These files are for personal use only (license rights are for one (1) person only). The Paper Hen retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of any of our digital, printable products.
You may NOT distribute these printables to others please, including re-selling, re-licensing, re-distributing, giving for free to others, or as part of a free giveaway. The Paper Hen retains all rights and if distribution is required beyond one (1) person contact us using the "contact" link at the bottom of this page.
If you are found to be sharing, selling or giving away our files you will forfeit your rights to those files and be banned from our shop and website.
Due to the nature of instant download printables, all sales are final. No refunds can be granted.
Buyers who create a credit card, bank card or Paypal dispute for any other reason other than legitimate fraudulent activity or a technical processing error will forfeit all rights to purchase (or receive anything for free) in this shop in perpetuity.
Each purchase has a download limit of 3 times. This means you can only download each item 3 times before this limit runs out. This is a intellectual property protection measure to ensure our download links aren't passed around to non purchasers. Please ensure you are on a device that can safely download your purchase.

Digital Download Issues
If you have a technical issue with a digital download please contact us directly (lisa@acountrygirlslife.com). DO NOT OPEN A CLAIM with your payment processor Paypal, Google Pay, Mastercard/Visa etc) because of a technical/download issue. We can get you the files you need quickly.
Making a financial claim for a digital product you HAVE received is theft and will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be opening a fraudulent claim will have their account permanently suspended.

Paper Purchases
Shipping
We ship USPS as it provides the most economical means of delivery. All delivery estimates provided are just that...estimates. If you want an item to ship by a guaranteed delivery date please select "Expedited Guaranteed Delivery (1-3 Days) during checkout OR contact us in advance with your needs and we will arrange a means to get your package by the desired date with a solid shipping guarantee.
Return Policy
We will gladly refund the purchase price less shipping cost on any unused, returned product that is returned within 30 days of purchase. If you have used a portion of the paper we can pro-rate a return on a per sheet basis. The cost of return shipping is bore by the customer and any unused product must be returned in like new condition to receive a refund.
Damage That Occurs by Shipper
We ship all of our packages carefully & label "do not bend" but on occasion packages are damaged by the shipper. USPS requires evidence and may demand the package in whole during the damage claim process. If the customer has the evidence/damaged item in their possession then they will be responsible for filing the claim & presenting the evidence. We cannot present evidence that we do not have during the claim process. You can file a claim against the $100 of included insurance for your package here:

Item Showing Delivered in Tracking but Not Delivered
Due to the potential for fraudulent activity we do not issue refunds or resend product if an item is showing as delivered in tracking. If an item is showing as delivered but has not been delivered to you please contact your local post office & let them know the situation. Request "GEO TRACKING" to see where exactly the package was left. If you feel that your package may have been stolen then you may want to contact the police as well. Item Showing In Transit/Delayed in Tracking
Due to the potential for fraudulent activity we do not issue refunds or resend product if an item is showing as in transit/delayed in tracking or is taking longer than normal to be delivered. Please be patient and alert us if your package hasn't arrived within two weeks of ordering. Two weeks is the minimum wait period from USPS to file a claim. Please be patient as many shippers are struggling to handle a large amount of demand during a world wide pandemic.
We are unable to make any price adjustments if a discount code is not applied. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Whole Shop All Access Pass
The Whole Shop All Access Pass entitles the purchaser to download any digital printable in our shop with the exception of the following:
-Items labeled As "Custom" or "Custom Order" products
-Items under the shop section titled "Limited Time Offers"
-Physical products such as mugs, sticker paper, laminating pouches & cardstock
Like all of our products- all items are for personal use only. Commercials use, giving away for free or as a part of a free giveaway is strictly prohibited. Sharing products, logins and codes is strictly prohibited and if you are found to be doing so your access pass will be revoked immediately.
If you purchased your All Access Pass on or before February 9th 2021 you will have unlimited access for 1 year from the purchase date. If you purchased your pass between March 10th & September 2nd 2021 your pass is good for two weeks. If you purchased your pass on or after September 3rd 2021 then your pass is good for 3 days (72 hours) from purchase.
Coupon Codes
Unless stated otherwise all coupon codes are one use per customer. Discounts can't be combined with other sales or offers.
We often give away free products in our shop with a discount code. If a customer does not properly apply the discount code and a customer is charged full price....a one time refund is possible less a $1 transaction fee. Unfortunately we have to pay a transaction fee for every charge in our store and that charge occurs regardless of whether or not you are refunded. We will gladly refund the full amount paid less the $1 transaction fee if you contact us directly. Please ensure all coupon codes are properly applied to avoid this.
All of our sales, flash sales and flash freebies are limited time only and subject to change at any time.
